These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that govern your use of Gamblr. They explain the relationship between us and our users, the responsibilities that apply to account holders, and the operational rules for gameplay, payments and promotions. By creating an account and using the site you agree to these terms; where specific promotions or services have additional rules, those will be shown alongside the offer and apply in addition to this document.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure, including your login credentials and any crypto wallet addresses linked to your account. We permit one account per person, household and device. If we suspect multiple accounts, fraud, collusion or other abuse, we may suspend or close accounts and withhold funds pending investigation. You must provide accurate information during registration and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised use.

Eligibility requirements

To open an account you must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 and confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. We may refuse service to residents of jurisdictions where participation would breach local law. We may also require identity verification (KYC) at any time before processing withdrawals or where risk checks are triggered. Verification may include government ID, proof of address and source of funds.

Acceptable platform use

Users must not use the site for illegal activity, money laundering, bonus manipulation or any activity that unfairly exploits promotions or game mechanics. Automated play, bots, collusion and related practices are prohibited. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer games or access restricted areas of the platform. We reserve the right to void bets, cancel winnings and close accounts where terms are breached.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to specific terms shown with each offer. Generally, only one welcome reward is allowed per person, household or IP. Bonus funds and free spins may carry wagering requirements and game restrictions; in many cases deposited funds must be wagered at least 1x before a withdrawal is permitted. Some welcome and campaign offers require qualifying stake thresholds and time limits. We may end, alter or refuse any promotion if we reasonably suspect abuse or manipulation.

Deposits and withdrawals

We support crypto deposits and withdrawals in currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and USD Coin. Deposits are processed after required network confirmations and are normally available within minutes. Withdrawals are sent to the wallet on file; processing depends on internal checks and network confirmation times. The minimum withdrawal is around $10. Typical monthly withdrawal allowances are $10,000, with a reduced cap of $5,000 in cases where account balance exceeds ten times total deposits. The first withdrawal in a 24-hour period is usually fee-free; additional withdrawals within the same 24 hours may incur a 2% fee capped at $10. We may require verification and additional documentation prior to releasing funds.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute, contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve the matter quickly. Please provide relevant account details and evidence. If we cannot reach agreement, disputes will be handled in accordance with the escalation processes set out in our help pages. Using the site does not exclude your right to pursue available legal remedies, but you agree to cooperate with any internal review or investigation.

Updates to terms and conditions
